The service has been provided for the benefit of solicitors. Solicitors, paralegals or legal administrators can request new cases, view progress on cases, download completed reports and process invoices. They also receive handy email notifications when the case status changes throughout its lifecycle.

Resolve Digital delivered this entirely bespoke system using Microsoft .NET, C#, Razor and a Microsoft SQL Database. A completely responsive front end means that busy medical and legal professionals can access the system on the move via smartphones, tablets or desktop devices.
